Well Comrades and friends, it's Cinco de Mayo day, and ordinarily we'd all be enjoying "Doug's Tacos" at the Branch.
Why not try to make your own? They won't be as good as Doug's, but this recipé from macheesmo.com sounds good -
Ingredients
1) Stuff burritos with fillings, cheese, jalapenos, and hot sauce.
2) Roll burritos up and spread on a thin layer of butter on both sides.
3) Grill burritos on high heat for 5 minutes per side. Start seam side down to seal the burrito closed.
4) Serve with avocado, salsa, and sour cream.
