LEGION SERVICE-Comrade Earl Sauve-TIME CHANGE
Passed away after a long courageous battle, at Trinity Village Care Centre - Freeport Site, on Saturday, May 14, 2011 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of 47 years to the late Shirley Anne Sauve. Loving father of Paul Sauve of Guelph, Deb Sauve of Cambridge and Cindy Comeau and family of New Brunswick. Cherished Papa of Gary, Jessy, Brent, Carter and Liam. Dear brother-in-law of Ron (Dianne) Prokopowicz of Kitchener. Earl will be missed by his cousin Jean (Brian) Giles, his nephews Dave, Mike, Brad, Steven, Jay and by his niece Tracey (Jose). Predeceased by his parents Palma and Ida Sauve, his father and mother-in-law Michael and Suzanne Prokopowicz and his brother-in-law Larry Prokopowicz. Earl was a long time employee of Listowel Transport, he was an honorary life time member of the Kitchener Knights of Columbus (Council #1504) and he was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion (Branch #530). Earl will fondly be remembered by his friends at Maple Leaf Acres. Earl's family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 12-2 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. at the Henry Walser Funeral Home , 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. A memorial service to celebrate Earl's life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 7 p.m. (following the memorial visitation).
