LEGION SPORTS NEWS

Here are a few news items from the world of Legion Sports –

All Provincial level Legion sports for 2021 are cancelled. Locally, this affects Provincial crib at Br 50, Provincial shuffleboard at Br 412, and Provincial Darts at Br 532, and Provincial Washoo at Br 272. To the best of my knowledge, these same Branches will have the opportunity to host in 2022.

All Zone level Legion sports in C2 for the 2020/2021 season have been cancelled.

The KW Shuffleboard League has cancelled the 2020/2021 season.

The KW Cribbage League will not be playing in 2020, but will revisit the situation in the new year.

I am still awaiting a Decision from the Legion Social Dart league.

A little good news –

Branch 530 Members can now play snooker, shuffleboard, and darts in the Clubroom, subject to the strict list of protocols posted elsewhere on this website, and at the Branch.

Someday this will be over Comrades, but at this time, we must do all we can to keep ourselves, and everyone else, safe from this nasty virus.
